This storage agreement is between Fireside RV Rental – San Antonio, TX (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”) and the Tenant listed above. The Owner agrees to allow the Tenant to use the designated space for outdoor storage of the RV listed by year, make, model, and license plate number, subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.The Tenant acknowledges that the Owner does not exercise care, custody, or control over the Tenant’s stored property, nor does the Owner accept possession of the property. The Owner is not a warehouseman or bailee for hire and is not liable for the safekeeping or condition of the stored property.Owner’s Disclaimer and Liabilities The Owner is not an insurer. It is not the intent of this agreement for the Owner to assume responsibility for any loss or damage, including but not limited to burglary, theft, robbery, fire, water damage, rodents, insects, Acts of God, or acts or omissions (active or passive) of the Owner, other tenants, or third parties. The Owner shall not be held responsible for damage or loss caused by negligence of the Owner, other tenants, or third parties.The Owner shall not have or incur any liability for personal injury to the Tenant, the Tenant’s agents, or visitors. The Tenant agrees to hold the Owner harmless from any such claims and to indemnify the Owner against all related losses, including attorney’s fees.If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or illegal, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.Insurance The Tenant agrees to insure, at their own expense, all personal property stored on the premises. The Owner does not provide insurance for the Tenant’s property or guests. The Tenant’s insurance must cover all risks, including fire, water, wind damage, vandalism, burglary, theft, and accidental damage. The Tenant agrees that their insurance provider will not seek to recover from the Owner or the Owner’s agents.Rental Agreement TermsRent is $99 per month, plus $12 per month for insurance, payable directly to Fireside RV Rental – San Antonio, TX.Late fee: A $30 fee will be charged on accounts overdue by 30 days.No refunds will be issued.The Tenant may not assign or sublet the storage space.Termination/Cancellation The Tenant may terminate this agreement by providing written notice at least 10 days in advance. If the storage space becomes unusable due to an Act of God, the Tenant’s rent obligation will cease as of the event date, and the agreement will be terminated.Miscellaneous The Tenant understands that their RV may be stored near other vehicles or property and that the Owner may need to move surrounding property to allow access.This is a month-to-month rental agreement.
